Lori Ramos
Lori Ramos has a B.A. Psychology from Ohio University, and a MSW from FL State University. She is currently a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with the State of Florida Department of Health, Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor – FL Board, Miami-Dade County Department of Health Certified HIV/AIDS Counselor and has a Food Handler Certification. Lori spent 20 years working in Medical Social Work, specializing in Case Management, Primary Care and supervising a staff of 12 with a budget of $2.5 million.
Stephanie Solovei
Stephanie Solovei, MSW – has 50 years of experience in human service delivery systems and Non-profit management. Skills include executive, budget, volunteer, contract management; financial and strategic planning; development and board development; fundraising, grantsmanship and proposal writing; public relations and marketing. Stephanie has an MSW from New York University, Master of Arts from Columbia University, B.A. in Psychology from New York University.
Marvin Webb
Marvin Webb has a B.A. of Business Administration for the University of Miami with a comprehensive background in finance, project coordination, and program administration. He currently manages compliances, program reporting, and manages the pantry staff and volunteers. His responsibilities include data tracking, project design and management, and providing direct client services. Mr. Webb audits programs and procedures, monitoring outcomes, compliances with USDA regulations, and civil rights. Prior to his current role, Marvin held significant positions, including 8 years as Coordinator for Capital Improvement Projects at Miami-Dade Public Schools, 11 years as the Manager for the Department of Facilities Design and Quality Control further underscore his administrative and supervisory prowess. His career also includes successful stints as an Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager at Chase Federal Bank, Business Manager at Locktown Community Mental Health Center, and a Budgets and Operations Analyst at Burger King Corporation.
Vanessa Tinsley
Vanessa Tinsley is a co-founding director of Bridge to Hope and has been actively engaged in the operation of the organization for more than 30 years. She is currently the Executive Director and has grown the organization to impact over 120,000 people annually. Vanessa spent 30 years in education, teaching fine arts and serving as Chaplain and Spiritual Director for the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida. Vanessa is a life-long learner. She holds a variety of certificates in Non-profit management, has a M.Th., a BAS in Supervision and Management, and a Leaders of Learning Certificate from Harvard EdX. She is a Miami Leader, class of 2016, a graduate of Florida Thrives at Catalyst Miami, Social Entrepreneurs Bootcamp, and the Miami Dade District 8 Non-profit Academy. Vanessa was awarded the Angels in Adoption Honor in 2019 by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute.
